Well, approaching the end of my forties and about to enter my fiftieth decade, I found myself in a most strange situation while out with a few friends, I'd said yes to attending a ghost hunt at a old historic hall, my first ghost hunt...

And the strange situation I found myself in, on that very night a real ghost stood at the side of me, true, no doubt whatsoever. I saw her, a slight girl, small and dressed in maids uniform of that period, she stood at the side of me as real as I was to her.
